“A soulmate is like a best friend but more. The one person in the world who knows you better than anyone else. That someone who makes you a better person because they inspire you. A soulmate is someone you carry with you forever. The one person who knew you and accepted you and believed in you before anyone else did or when no one else would. And no matter what happens, you’ll always love them and nothing can ever change that.” – Dawson, Dawson’s Creek
He waited in anticipation as she slowly crept up behind him… In just a few seconds, he would turn and gaze upon his beautiful bride.
As he turned, he grinned in admiration and excitement. This is it! The moment they would pledge their eternal love for one another. They shared a few tears, a few giggles, a lot of hugs and a lot more kisses. This is the moment they had planned and waited for for months!
They took a quick stroll to the historic chapel on the grounds of the Kern County Museum… whispering sweet nothings, cracking jokes, excitedly anticipating their forever.
A quick kiss and they separated to pour their hearts out with an impromptu vow writing. They decided they wanted their vows to be private, quiet, and sacred between themselves.
They met on the steps of the chapel and recited the words from their hearts- their vows- their eternal commitment.
With vows recited and their hearts full, it was time to join their family and friends for the wedding ceremony.
Surrounded by the happiest bunch of people you will ever meet, they celebrated and danced the night away. The amount of love shared and the joyousness expressed was infectious… you couldn’t help but grin and feel an immense amount of happiness!
Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Garrett! May you have a long and happy marriage!
Enjoy!
