“The Royal Wedding” Part II… the next day…

As promised, here are a few more images from Lana & Daniel’s big day. We trekked through stickers (horrible poke-y ones), picked up a few bees (in Lana’s dress), climbed rocks (very sharp ones I might add), hurdled seaweed (some that looked like monstrous rat tails!)… but overall, had loads of fun! I’d have to say it was worth every bit of pain, sweat and tears. ;D hehe… ENJOY!

Little White Dress

Not too long ago I had the privilege of working with a couple of very talented photographers along with a crew of beautiful makeup artists and models.  With the help of Jenny, owner of The Little White Dress (and one of THE sweetest people I’ve ever met!) we were able to capture some great wedding dress images.  It was not only FUN but a GREAT learning experience as well. Below are few of the images I was able to capture.

The Walk of Achievement

“So what do you want to do after graduation?” I asked…

I quickly went on to add that not too long after graduation, one starts to wish they were in high school again.

She glanced at me puzzled but we continued our walk and kept conversing about goals and education.

“Did you bring your cap and gown?”

She hadn’t… blue just wasn’t her color.

Hmmm… “What school are you graduating from?  I thought you went to Stockdale??” I asked.  (Stockdale High School, colors: black and silver).

heehee…

“Ummm… yeah?  3 years ago?” was her sweet response.

This beautiful, SMART GENIUS of a young lady is graduating with a BS from CAL STATE BAKERSFIELD!  (blush)

She doesn’t look old enough to be in college!  Let alone graduating with a Bachelors!  hehe…

We had a good chuckle over my little mix up and after I let my silly blush subside we continued on with our session… and were able to capture the essence of a young woman well on her way to a successful life full of achievements…

Congratulations, Andrea!  May your life be filled with accomplishments and successes!
