Silence is scary…
March 17, 2009Last week, I awoke to a nightmare.
I sat down with Mr. Mac and he was giving me the silent treatment.
I tried to calmly explain that this was no time for games. We had work to do.
He continued his path of silentness.
I began to get desperate. I tried every troubleshooting method I could to get him to respond.
He stood firm on his stance on silence.
I finally had to enlist the help of the MAC techs at ARRC. I hoped that with a little one on one, they could help me figure out why Mr. Mac was so mad at me.
Turns out, Mr. Mac was in need of some TLC. I was apparently neglecting him and his needs. So much so that he had a mental breakdown.
Luckily for me, the guys at ARRC were able to baby him back to health. Once his new brain was installed, he came out of his silent shell and began to work with me. We were sent home with strict instructions that Mr. Mac was to be tucked in safe and sound at night and that I was wrong to expect him to perform 24/7. He needs his beauty sleep, too you know!
LOL! Seriously though, I did have some trouble with my computer last week in the midst of a few deadlines… I definitely recommend ARRC to anyone with computer issues… They were very understanding and patient with my million questions and phone calls, lol! They had my MAC back to me within 3 days as promised. They were also the ones that helped me out with my horribly traumatic hard drive crash last year… They were able to get ALL of my data back! 2 thumbs up for their customer service!
{as a quick side note, I will not be buying any Western Digital hard drives again… BOTH hard drives that crashed were WD’s… blah!}
I feel so blessed to have the very best clients! To those that were waiting on your projects, thank you so much for your understanding and patience. I am back to the grindstone and chugging along my list… orders, proofing and designing! :)
Just in case you came for a little eye candy today, here are a couple of previews of sessions from the weekend… stay tuned for their bloggity goodness soon! ![]()

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a very blessed day! ![]()
