Absolutely adorable…

July 29, 2009

There’s no other way to describe her!  Little Miss M stole my heart back in December when we first met her for her newborn session.  I can’t believe how quickly time passes… she’s already 8 months old!  Every ounce of her is a delightful ball of smiles and adorableness!  We met up this time to do much needed family photos for their new little family… :)

Ashley and Matt, thanks for being super sweet and allowing me the privilege of working with your precious baby girl again… :)  See you in a few months for the big first birthday!

Enjoy the sneak peek… :)

Meet “dubbie”…

AKA “the crib midget”.

Where did these names come from?  I’m wondering myself!  lol!  These are just two of the many endearing nicknames that she is sure to be mad at her parents for later in life… ;)  *I* think they are super cute and unique!

It’s been awhile since I’ve worked with a newborn.  They are such precious little miracles!  Dubbie was an absolute angel and slept so incredibly well through the entire ordeal.  I actually felt spoiled at how EASY she was to work with!  :)

She is also blessed with beautiful, awesome parents… I am in awe at how prepared this wonderful couple was and how “in tune” they are with one another.  Definite role models!  As I’ve said before… all they need is the picket fence!

You might remember this gorgeous mama from earlier in the season… we’ve been anxiously awaiting this precious beauty and I am proud to finally show you the images from her debut!

ENJOY!

Love is blind…

“You’ll always know when the right person walks into your life…” - The Butcher’s Wife

How true is that?

Just ask Flor & Dennis.

They met because two very loving, very trust worthy individuals forced nature a bit and set this duo up on a blind date.

Flor was very apprehensive as she had been through this once already with disastrous  results.  So she devised an escape plan with her friend… “If I start coughing uncontrollably, that’s our cue to make like a tree and leave… make like hay and bale!”  :)  lol!

Okay, so she might not have used those corny lines at the end but the truth was, she had no idea that the man of her dreams was about to walk right into her life via The Blind Date…

He knew he was in love the moment she allowed him to eat off her plate.  (How sweet is that???  I imagined the scene from Lady and the Tramp as she told me the story…)  :)

He later surprised her at work because he wanted to see her au naturel (without makeup, people!  Don’t go there… ;))  LOL!

Fast forward a few years and here they are today, ENGAGED!

We met in Santa Monica for a super cool, urban session.  Bake town has been a weee bit hot lately {eek!  who am I kidding?!?  It’s a bazillion degrees!} so we opted for the nicer Los Angeles weather… yummy!

Flor and Dennis, I sincerely had a wonderful time with you guys!  Thanks for being super cool and patient!

Enjoy your sneak peek! :)
