Ho Ho Ho!

I’m not sure if it’s the numerous times we’ve watched Elf, Polar Express and the multitude of other Christmas movies but our sweet baby boy has caught on to the HO HO HO’s!  As we were shopping over the weekend, he was looking around and drinking in the sights and sounds of the season.  All of a sudden, he busts out with HO HO HO!  MEEEERRRY CHRISTMAS!  My wonderful husband just happened to be able to catch him with the camera phone!  (Hence the poor quality of the video, lol!)

Ahhhhh…. the sweet, beautiful smell of a newborn…  Don’t you just LOVE it???  What is it about newborn babies that makes us melt so?  You can’t resist the sweet smell of their skin, the miraculous beauty of their creation… you drink in each facial expression, you cherish each precious breath of life…  

I remember that I would stare at my babies in such awe and wonder thanking God for trusting me with His wonderful creations.  (I still do!) 

I love working with newborns.  They are beyond precious and I feel so incredibly blessed to be able to spend time with them.

Baby *M* was such a delight to work with!  7 scrumptious pounds of beauty… yum!  Ashley and Matt, it was a pleasure to meet you and your gorgeous daughter.  You are a beautiful mommy!  Thank you for spending the morning with me.  I’m looking forward to the next time! :)

Baby, it’s cold outside!

As cold as it may have been on Saturday, all it took was a little bit of love between these newly betrothed individuals to warm up the atmosphere…

Two lovebirds so smitten with one another that nothing else matters… Who cares if it’s freezing out?! When your true love is right beside you, you don’t need a coat with all the warm fuzzies flying around… :)

Ah… to be in love! It’s the best feeling in the world…

You know what I’m talking about… The warmth you feel when your enamored looks at you with such love and admiration that you blush in giddiness… The slight chill and goosebumply feeling you get when your enamored grazes your arm with their hand and brings you in for a kiss… The feeling of overwhelming happiness you get when your enamored turns that corner and you lock eyes… again… *sigh*… :) (I’m feeling all warm and fuzzy now just thinking about it! lol!)
