Sitting calm, cool and collected, the bride received her finishing touches from the makeup artist.  As the artist attentively perfected each little bit of glamorous touch on the gorgeous bride, Kassandra smiled and marveled at the gorgeous weather.  We agreed that it was unusually cool for this time of year in Bake town.  Not that there were any complaints… it’s just not that often that you get the shivers in June around here! :)

Once she got into her beautiful dress and all the little touches were complete, her sisters and mom nodded in approval and everyone agreed that she was one gorgeous bride!  Rob was not going to be able to keep his eyes off of her…

Speaking of Rob, while we were finishing up detail and bridal portraits, the groom was out with his brother curing a case of the nerves with a few concoctions of choice. ;) lol!  He arrived cool, confident and ready to meet with the woman of his dreams…

As the ceremony was about to begin, one couldn’t help but to smile and giggle in excitement and anticipation… the big moment was almost here!

The ceremony was beautiful and fun.  Despite a few glitches, Kassandra and Rob were married and all in attendance had a blast!  The food at the reception was delish… 2 thumbs up for the cooks! (I love, love, love shish-kabob! Super yummy!)  :)

Kassandra and Rob, thank you so very much for allowing me to be there for your day and enabling me to capture your precious memories for you…  I had a wonderful time and I wish you both many, many wonderful years of marriage together!

Here’s a quick peek into their beautiful day… enjoy!

As always, thanks so much for stopping by today… may your day be beautiful and blessed! :)

Do you remember the excitement of being able to call yourself that?

“Oh yeah… I’m a FRESHMAN. In *HIGH SCHOOL*…”

Junior high behind us, high school before us… what a wonderful feeling of anticipation!

I recently had the pleasure of finishing up a grad session for my gorgeous niece from earlier in the year. Remember her?  She wanted to remember all the things that she did her last year of junior high so we planned a memory session and let me tell you, she rocked it!  100% gorgeous, smart and sensitive, she will be successful in anything she puts her mind to do!  :)

Kickboxer, wakeboarder… and now junior high graduate!  Here are a few images from our session… ENJOY!

AnneMarie: get out! sisters! holy cow! my favorite is of your niece laying on her board.. awesome!

ramona: Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy schedule to take these pictures. I think they came out great & Liz is gonna love them! I can't wait to see what the album looks like. Thanks again, you did an awesome job!

When I awoke the morning of the big day, I couldn’t help but smile… The weather was absolutely perfect. Slightly overcast, warm sun, cool breeze. Typical beach weather. *Ahhhh….* I knew that it was going to be fabulous!

When I walked up to the hotel room where the girls were, I saw girls texting and running back and forth while the bride-to-be casually fixed her hair and put the finishing touches on her appearance. {I’m not quite sure what it is, but the brides I’ve worked with lately have not an ounce of nervousness in them. Totally cool!} :)

Talking to the girls and giggling with them about their *night before the big day*, I couldn’t help but be in awe of the talent and the love of the bride, her girls and their family.

The bride and her bridesmaids each made their own bouquets. Impressive.

Bride’s mom made all the bridesmaid’s dresses. Wow.

Bride found her dress online for waaaaay less then I could have ever imagined.

Groom’s family planned and hosted an intimate reception…

They all put their minds together and planned and executed a wonderfully fabulous day! It goes to show that absolutely nothing is impossible if you just believe… and put your mind to do! :)

You might remember this rockstar duo from back in March….

I am now pleased to show you the images from the WEDDING of this fantabulously gorgeous couple!

The wedding was truly magical. There were so many sweet little touches that were so thoughtfully and well planned out by the bride and groom.

Thank you, Amber & Josiah for allowing to be your photographer… :) May you have many, many wonderful years together… Enjoy!

A quick slideshow that was shown at their wedding a couple weeks later…
